About the movie
A 60-year-old man is murdered in the Masurian village. Six local countrymen are implicated in the murder.  Deceased turns out to be a recidivist, who for years had terrorized the inhabitants of neighboring villages. Locals, not yet holding a criminal record, accused of murder with extreme cruelty, get absorbed in the gears of absolute inquiry and judiciary machine. The villagers, led by the families of the accused, are to fight for their acquittal.




Krzysztof Łukaszewicz
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Szczecin, and Journalism and Political Sciences at Warsaw University. He has been connected with the Polish cinema for 13 years. He worked as an Assistant Director for the movies: "Fire and Sword" and "Quo Vadis." As a Second Director he was involved in such film and television productions as "John Paul II," "Benek," "General Nil," "Glina II," and "Londynczycy." He is the author of the books: "The Hundred Days of Hoffman" (Sto Dni Hoffmana) and "The Roman Game of Kawalerowicz" (Igrzysko Kawalerowicza).

Thriller "Lynch," for which he wrote the script, is his feature film debut.
Jarosław Michał Papaj
Composer, pianist. He began his music education under the direction of his father at the age of 4. He completed the composition studies at the Music Academy in Poznan. In 2004 he had been perfecting his compositional technique at the Cherubini Conservatory in Florence.
Classical music is a mainstream of his work; however, with a great enthusiasm he composes film and theater music. In addition to music, which is his greatest passion, his interests include the knowledge of the widely understood human environment. He is interested in cosmology and the history of civilization.

Włodzimierz Niderhaus
Producer, for twenty years the Chief Executive of WFDiF Documentary and Feature Film Studios in Warsaw. He produced, or co-produced more than sixty feature films, ten documentaries, and one animated film. Among his recent accomplishments there are: the film "Little Rose" – the winner of The Jury Grand Prize "Golden Lions," and the "Golden Claquer" award at the 35th Gdynia Polish Film Festival in 2010; or the film "Mall Girls," which were in the top five of the most watched Polish movies in 2009.

In the past two years, Wlodzimierz Niderhaus received the following awards, among many others: the Special Prize for the Best Producer from the Organizers of the 4th Batumi International Art House Film Festival in Batumi (2009), Gold Medal "Gloria Artis," awarded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2010), and the Grand Prize "Golden Lions" for the Best Film Producer at the 35th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia.
